La Kauffman Foundation mantiene una interesante actividad en el ámbito del emprendimiento, de la innovación y de las relaciones universidad – empresa, gracias a un legado de más de 2000 millones de dólares dejado por su fundador, el emprendedor Ewing Marion Kauffman en Kansas City, Missouri. Kauffman hizo una fortuna a través de su industria farmacuetica y fué muy cononcido por su vinculación al mundo del baseball.
La Kauffman Foundion acaba de publicar un informe sobre Research University que en conjunto resulta muy interesante de consultar, especialmente la doble mirada des de USA y desde Europa, el documento se refiere a su encuentra anual realizado el verano pasado en Alemania, os paso la referencia
